The goal of the project is to promote judicial effectiveness by establishing an innovative tool for the assessment of the judicial system. Georgian Court Watch will design the Judicial Effectiveness Index to assess the effectiveness of functioning of the common courts of Georgia.

In addition, the organization will organize awareness-raising activities on a regular basis for the representatives of media and civil society, as well as the population concerning the specific challenges and solutions in the area of judiciary.
