Georgian Court Watch held information meetings with volunteers

On October 4-7 of this year, Georgian Court Watch held informational meetings with individuals interested in the court monitoring processes.
The representatives of the organization met with more than 150 people in total.
Court proceedings will be observed by volunteers within the framework of the project "Monitoring of Courts by the Citizens", which is implemented by the Georgian Court Watch with the support of the USAID Rule of Law Program.
The purpose of monitoring is:
• Improving the judicial system by involving citizens in the monitoring of court hearings.
• Building trust in the court.
Monitoring place: Rustavi, Marneuli, Mtskheta, Kareli, Gurjaani, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Batumi, Poti, Khelvachauri, Bolnisi, Khashuri, Kaspi, Gori.
