On November 6, with the initiative of the Georgian Court Watch, the chairman of
Fundacja Court Watch Polska, Bartosz Pilitowski, and the director of the same organization, Daria Hofman, conducted a training on court monitoring for observers of the courts of western Georgia.
The event was opened by the director of Georgian Court Watch, Nazi Janezashvili. Bartosz Pilitowski and Daria Hoffman talked about the methodology of monitoring the trials and shared the experience of their country with the training participants. It should be noted that Fundacja Court Watch Polska has been monitoring the courts in Poland for 10 years already.
The training was conducted within the framework of The Citizen court monitoring project funded by the USAID rule of Law Program. Also within the framework of the project" Partnership for better courts "co-financed by the Polish-American Freedom Foundation, RITA -" region in transition " program.
