Case distribution in Rustavi and Kutaisi Courts

From December 31, 2017, the rule of distribution of cases between judges in the general courts of Georgia through the electronic system came into force.

This change implemented within the framework of the "third wave" of justice reform was positively assessed by the Venice Commission. The purpose of introducing the electronic system of distribution of cases was to promote independence of judges, equal workload and transparency of distribution of cases.

The diagrams present the statistics of electronic distribution of cases and electronic random distribution of cases in Rustavi city court, Kutaisi city and appeal courts in 2021-2022.
